Dr. Schantz is a native of Ephrata, PA, a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, and received his medical degree from Hahnemann University. He completed his surgical internship at the hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and his residencies in general and plastic surgery at the Hershey Medical Center.

Dr. Schantz is board certified in both general and plastic surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, as well as numerous other professional and scientific societies.

Dr. Arthur earned his B.S. in General Science from Pennsylvania State University. He participated at Penn State in a five year cooperative Pre-Med/Med Program with Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, where he later earned his medical degree. He received his residency in plastic surgery at the Albert B. Chandler Medical Center, University of Kentucky .

He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Certification of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, as well as other medical and surgical organizations.

Dr. Arnold, a native of Lebanon, PA, earned his B.S. in Biology from Lebanon Valley College. He received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his surgical internship at Carilion Health Systems in Roanoke, Virginia. Dr. Arnold is board certified and a member of the College of Surgeons, the American Medical Association and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Dr. Warsaw is a native of the Lehigh Valley.  He attended medical school at The College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California.  He then completed a 5 year general surgery residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA.  Dr. Warsaw became board certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery after completing a 2 year fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.  Dr. Warsaw is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Karen Phillips, Surgical Coordinator

Karen graduated from Solanco high school and Weidner University, and is a certified medical assistant. She brings more than twenty-five years of medical experience to the practice. Karen enjoys sharing her knowledge with our patients and helps guide them through their financial questions at the time of surgery.

Stacy Thorpe, Patient Coordinator

Stacy graduated from Cedar Crest College and Lancaster School of Cosmetology. She has 10 years of medical experience and works closely with the patients. Her focus is on providing excellent customer service to the patients of the Cosmetic Surgery Center.
